  • We are frequently offering new and exciting promotions and specials. Please contact our leasing team to hear the latest offers.

  • There is a non-refundable $50 application fee per person above 18 years of age. There is an additional admin fee due at move in. This amount is based on approval.

  • Requirements include but are not limited to earning 3x the monthly rent. Additionally, Applicants must be 21 years or older. Please check with our team for a full list!

  • We are pet friendly and allow up to two pets up to 40lbs per townhome! If you plan to bring your pets, there is an additional non-refundable pet fee required.

  • Most townhomes feature attached one car garages. There is additional parking throughout the community that is first come, first serve.
